World Series Trophy Arrives In Bangor Sunday

The 2013  Boston Red Sox World Series Championship trophy is coming to Bangor Sunday morning. Then the trophy moves on to Orono  Sunday afternoon.

Bangor council chair Ben Sprague will be a live guest of Wednesday's Morning Pitch Show at 7:15am to talk more about the Sox trophy tour.

Bangor and Brewer city officials have been working for weeks to bring the Sox trophy to town and here's the schedule....

SUNDAY JANUARY 26TH

10AM to Noon   A public viewing session at the Cross Insurance Center Ballroom. The event is free and open to the public.

2PM to 4PM   A public viewing at UMaine's Alfond Arena, also free and open to the public. UMaine is hosting a "Skate with the Bears" from 2:30-3:30 which is an opportunity to meet the hockey teams.
