University of Maine football will be getting their 2016 leading receiver back to the field following a month long suspension.

suspended from the team since early August, will be reinstated and able to play starting with practice on Wednesday.  The University of Maine announced Wright had been suspended to start training camp along with two others.  Dorian Davis-Ray was reinstated to the team before the season, while UMaine said that the status for Uchenna Egwuonwu, who was also suspended, remained unchanged.

Wright played in nine games last season and compiled 688 yards on 44 catches, along with 7 TD receptions.  Currently 10 players have caught passes for UMaine with Jared Osumah leading the team with eight catches for 114 yards.

Maine is 1-1 on the season and will play the reigning national champions in James Madison this weekend in the second conference game of the year.
