The Boston Red Sox must win three more times before dropping another game or they will be be heading into the off-season earlier than expected.

The Sox dropped the first two games of the series on the road to the Cleveland Indians after both Rick Porcello and David Price had disappointing starts.  With the season on the line the Red Sox will send Clay Buchholz to the mound and hope that the return to Fenway Park can get the team back on track.

Game three of the series was scheduled to get underway on Sunday afternoon, but remnants of Hurricane Matthew brought too rainy of conditions to play the contest.  The Sox will try to win the series after losing the first two games of the five contest series for the third time in franchise history.  Boston accomplished the feat in 1999 and 2003 against the Indians and Athletics respectively.  The Sox are the only team in MLB playoff history to have multiple division series wins after falling into a 0-2 game deficit.

Cleveland will send Josh Tomlin to the mound who was 13-9 with a 4.40 ERA during the regular season.  Buchholz has a 4.21 ERA in five games during his post-season career.  First pitch is schedule for 6:08 p.m. this evening from Fenway Park
