Restoration Details:Restoration efforts are going well considering the poor travel conditions and cold temperatures. Crews have been out in full force today in an effort to restore power to customers as quickly as possible. Safety has been a concern as crews work through snow drifts and freezing temperatures. Customers in all areas with the exception of some in remote areas of Washington County are expected to have power restored tonight.

Any remaining power lines that are down are still unsafe to touch. Customers are asked to remain patient as crews make their way to the remaining areas affected. Anyone using generators or back-up heat sources is reminded to follow the instructions.

Other Related Information:Customers may report outages by calling 1-800-440-1111, at bangorhydro.com or on our mobile site at bhe.com/m. Customers should have account numbers ready. A live outage map is available at both sites with the most up-to-date outage information and estimated times of restoration.
Estimated Time of Service Restoration:Power is expected to be restored to most customers except some in remote areas of Washington County. New outages may delay restoration time.
