Maine hockey came from three goals down to win in overtime Tuesday night against the University of New Brunswick 4-3. Devin Shore scored the game winner just 19 seconds into OT. The midweek exhibition game versus UNB turned out to be a real test for the Bears.

UNB scored three times in the first period.

Maine came back with two goals in the second period.

And in the third, Ryan Lomberg got the game tying goal about seven minutes into the period.

Maine began the overtime period with a powerplay and Shore scored the winner just 19 seconds into OT.

Martin Ouellette and Dan Sullivan split goaltending duties. UNB out shot Maine 26-24.

The Bears get back to Hockey East play this weekend with a home and home series against New Hampshire.
