With remnants of winter still surrounding the Winkin Complex it was fitting Husson would play the Bowdoin Polar Bears. In the end each team got a win.The Eagles went 9 innings to win game one on a Brandon Gendreau walk-off rbi single that provided the only run of the game. With bases loaded Gendreau smashed an infield single to give Husson its 18th win of the season.

Dennis O'Neil went 8 innings on the mound allowing just 4 hits and striking out 6. Steve Hanscom got the win in relief.

The Polar Bears won the night cap 11-5 after scoring 10 runs in the first three innings.

The University of Maine baseball team got a game in against UMaine Presque Isle and came away with a 6-0 shutout.

Kevin Stypulkowski had 3 hits and 2 rbi to pace the Bears offense while Brian Doran also drove in 2 runs.
