Brewer Vs Bangor Hoops On The Ticket

The rivalry continues between Bangor and Brewer in boys' basketball action tonight from Red Barry Gymnasium.

The Bangor Rams are coming off a tough loss to Class AA North rival Cheverus at home last night by a score of 58-44.  The Rams are just 1-5 on the season and will be vying for the teams' first victory since they took down Lewiston 57-47 on December 13th.  This will be the third straight home game for Bangor since the penultimate day of December.

The Brewer Witches are also looking to snag a victory and are on a three game skid after sporting a 3-1 record to begin the 2016-17 season.  The Witches have bested Nokomis, Lawrence, and Skowhegan so far on the year and have a 2-1 home record.

The game tonight is set for a 7 p.m. tip-off in Bangor.  These two team will also play again in Brewer on January 21st.
