Bucksport Lineman Wins Athlete of Week Vote

Bucksport's senior lineman David Gross has won the weekly voting in the High School Athlete of the Week.

Over 1,000 votes were cast this week and Gross won with almost 61% of them.

Gross plays on the offensive and defensive line for the Golden Bucks. They shut down Hermon for a third straight shutout.

Other weekly nominees included Gabbie James (MDI golf), Sophie Matson (Falmouth XC) and Nate Allain (Hermon golf)..
