The MDI Girls Swim and Dive Team won the 45th Annual PVC Swimming and Diving Championships, held at the University of Maine on Saturday, February 11th. Ellsworth came in 2nd. Here are the Team and individual results.

The Gary Isherwood Diving Invitational was held at Husson University on Saturday January 21st, featuring divers from Ellsworth, John Bapst, MDI and Bangor High Schools. Here are the 6 Dive Results

The MDI Swim and Dive Teams defeated John Bapst on Friday, January 6th at the Bangor Y. The MDI Girls won 132-39 with the MDI Boys winning 114-39. Here are the individual results

The MDI Swim and Dive Team split with the Morse Shipbuilders in Bath on Thursday, December 22nd. The MDI Girls won 98-71 while the Morse Boys defeated MDI 99-71. Here are the individual results

The MDI Girls and Boys Swim and Dive Teams defeated Brewer at the MDI YMCA on Thursday, December 15th. Brewer's Brynn Lavigueur, a freshman set a pool record in the 100 yard breast stroke with a time of 1:08.48 and also set the Brewer 50 yard freestyle record with a split of 24.54 and 200 yard individual medley with a time of 2:13.27. It was just her 2nd career High School meet.

The Bangor Boys and Girls Swim Teams fell to Ellsworth at the Downeast Family YMCA on Tuesday, December 13th in the 1st meet of the season. The Ellsworth Boys won 101-48 while the Ellsworth Girls won 108-37.

The Penobscot Valley Conference released on Sunday, March 27th the 2021-22 All Conference Swim Teams. Congratulations to all!

The Penobscot Valley Athletic Conference released the All-Academic Teams for the Winter Sport's Season encompassing basketball, indoor track, cheering, basketball, wrestling, swimming and ice hockey. Congratulations to all!

The Cape Elizabeth Swim and Dive Team won the Class B Girls Swim and Dive Championship on Tuesday night, February 22nd. MDI finished 2nd and Ellsworth 3rd. Here are the Team results and individual race results.
