The Boston Celtics rallied back from a 10-point fourth quarter deficit to beat the Portland Trail Blazers 105-100 Friday night.

Marcus Morris scored a game-high 30 points, while Terry Rozier added 16 points for the Celtics.

Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum each finished with 26 points for the Blazers.

The Celtics, who are second in the Eastern Conference behind Toronto, have dealt with recent injuries to Kyrie Irving and Jaylen Brown.

Irving will undergo what the team is referring to as "minimally invasive" knee surgery on Saturday, the team announced Friday. The Celtics did not offer a timeline for Irving's return.

Brown (concussion) went through some shooting drills on Thursday, and said he's most likely going to return against the Kings on Sunday.
