The Boston Celtics five game winning streak is over. Oklahoma City's Russell Westbrook made sure of that scoring 36 points in a 122-118 Thunder win.

Many NBA observers think Westbrook is a MVP candidate. Along with the 36 points he dished out 10 assists, 5 rebonds and 5 steals.

For the Celtics, Marcus Smart, back in his old college home, fired in 25 points, including seven three-pointers. Brandon Bass and Kelly Olynyk each had 20.

The C's fall to 30-37 and are tied with Indiana for that eigth spot in the Eastern Conference.
