C’s Ready To Dump Humphries

The Boston Celtics are working on a trade with the Washington Wizards that would send veteran forward Kris Humphries to the Wiz and a sign-and-trade deal.

The deal would go down like this...The Celtics sign Humphries to a 3-year $13-million-dollar deal and then trade him to Washington. The C's would likely get draft picks in return or perhaps the so called "trade exception" which gives the Celtics some salary cap flexibility.

Humphries, who is the one time husband of Kim Kardashian, averaged 8 ppg and 7 rpg in limited play last season. He was acquired as part of that big Pierce/Garnett trade with Brooklyn last summer.
