Eagles Knocked Out Of NCAAs
The Husson Eagles field hockey team is out of the NCAA Tournament after a 2-1 loss in the second round to the University of Rochester (NY).
Trailing 1-0 the Eagles got a game tying goal from Taylor Shaw at the 35:00 mark of the second half. But Rochester scored about four minutes later and that was the end of the scoring.
The Eagles knocked off #5 ranked Babson earlier in the week to get their first ever NCAA win.
Husson finishes the season at 13-6.
