The UMaine baseball team dropped the finale of their weekend series to the Miami Hurricanes 11-2.After committing only one error in the their first two games, The Bears had five on Sunday while the Canes pounded out 12 hits. Maine starter Jake Marks took the loss after allowing five runs on four hits and two walks.

Freshman left fielder Jake Osborne had two hits and an rbi to lead the Maine offense in the loss. Colin Gay, Troy Black and Steven Adam had the other hits with Black driving in the second run.

Maine will head back on the road Friday for a weekend series against the Clemson Tigers.
