Harvey’s Eagles Earn Another 20 Win Season
For a 5th consecutive season and eight out of 10 years as head coach, Husson University's Jason Harvey has led his team to a 20 win season. A Tuesday afternoon twinbill sweep of UMaine Farmington puts the Eagles at 20-14 overall, 13-7 in NAC play.
As Harvey approaches the 250 win plateau (241), only John Kolasinki has won more games as Husson baseball coach.
GAME 1: Husson 5 UMF 1 Eagles pitcher Austin Smith pitched a complete game three hitter. He struck out nine and walked one...Luke Covey had three hits and three RBI...Mark Leahy had two hits and a RBI for the Beavers.
GAME 2: Husson 5 UMF 3 Conor Maguire and Alex Chapman each had two hits to lead the Eagles to a sweep...Jimmy Parks had two hits and two RBI for UMF.
