Hernandez Running Out Of Money

Former Patriots tight end and now convicted killer Aaron Hernandez is running out of money. So says his attorney John Fitzpatrick.

Legal bills include the just completed murder trial. He faces another double murder trial that begins later this year and now a witness tampering trial.

His attorney has told a judge in New Bedford that Hernandez was paid for only one year of his now-terminated $40-million-dollar deal with the Patriots.

In addition to legal bills, Hernandez is supporting his fiancee Shayanna Jenkins and the couple's daughter.

Hernandez was convicted of murder in the killing of Odin Lloyd in 2013.
