The Charlotte Hornets spoiled the Gordon Hayward-Kyrie Irving comeback party Friday night. The first preseason game goes to the Hornets 104-97.
Hayward, playing for the first time since last October 17th, scored 10 points in about 23 minutes of action. He was 2-for-7 shooting.
Irving, playing for the first time since March 11th, scored nine points.and three assists in 22 minutes.
The teams play again Sunday night at Boston Garden.
