Husson Men Move To 8-0
Husson University men's basketball swept through Vermont over the weekend with wins at Green Mountain College and Castleton. The Eagles hold down first place in the NAC with a 4-0 record and Warren Caruso's team is now 8-0 overall.
Kissy Walker's women's team split their two games in Vermont and sit at 2-2 (NAC) and 3-3 overall.
The men's win at Castleton came down to the final second. The Eagles were trailing 85-84 when Raheem Anderson had a shot partially blocked but with 0.6 seconds on the clock Trevor Butler gathered and scored to give Husson the win 86-85. Butler had a team high 19 points.
