Fort Kent's Sarah Mulcahy is one of over 200 Mainers running the 123rd Boston Marathon in rainy and windy conditions.

The overall male and female winners are Lawrence Cherono from Kenya (2:07.:59) and Worknesh Degefa of Ethiopia (2:33:30).
