It was a frustrating night for the Boston Bruins as they drooped a 3-2 overtime game to the Pittsburgh Penguins and had two goals waived off.Evgeni Malkin scored the game tying goal almost 10 minutes into the third period and needed just :32 seconds to score the game winner in overtime. Boston had taken a 2-1 lead in the second period on goals by Milan Lucic and Jow Morrow before Malkin got the equalizer on the powerplay.

The Bruins were also frustrated when a goal was waived off in the first period on a high stick, and one in the third period as Carl Soderberg directed the puck into the net off his glove.

Boston has now dropped back-to-back games while the Pens snap a two game losing streak. The Bruins are now off until Friday when they host the Jets, you can hear the game live on Sports Radio 92.9 The Ticket at 6:30pm
