Power forward Marcus Morris, acquired by the Boston Celtics from the Pistons in the Avery Bradley trade, has been found not guilty on all counts of assault charges out in Arizona.

He is expected to join the Celtics in time for their second preseason game in Philly Friday night.

His twin brother Markieff, who plays for the Wizards, was also found not guilty.

The courst case stems from an incident back in 2015 in Phoenix when it was alleged the two Morris brothers and three other men assaulted Eric Hood outside a recreation center.

The case was tainted when testimony during the trial included information that Hood tried to get witnesses to implicate the Morris brothers in exchange for money.

Morris and Aaron Baynes were acquired by the C's back in July when Avery Bradley was traded to Detroit.

Morris averaged 14 points and 5 rebounds a game for the Pistons.
