NCAA Regional: BU Beats Yale

The high powered Boston University Terriers were held in check by Yale most of the afternoon but BU got the overtime goal to win 3-2 and advance in the NCAA tournament.

The Northeast Regional is being hosted in Manchester, New Hampshire. BU will now play Minnesota-Duluth for the right to go to the Frozen Four. Duluth defeated Minnesota 4-1.

Danny O'Regan scored the game winner in OT for the Terriers.

NOTE: Boston College meets former UMaine captain Jim Montgomery's Denver Pioneers Saturday afternoon at 3pm. The third Hockey East team, Providence plays Miami(Ohio) at 6pm.
