Old Town HS standout receiver Andre Miller is taking his football talents to Husson University this fall and will play for the Eagles.

The 6-foot-3 Miller caught 21 touchdowns for the Coyotes last fall and helped Old Town to an undefeated regular season and a playoff run to the Class C regional final. He was named 1st team all conference as both a receiver and defensive back.

In July, Miller caught four TDs and was named game MVP in the annual Shriner's Lobster Bowl East-West All Star game.

Miller says he had been looking at the possibility of going to prep school but instead plans to attend Husson.

His high school quarterback at Old Town, Jake Jarvais, is also joining the Husson football program.

Coach Gabby Price and his Eagles open the season at Alfred (NY) on September 3rd.

NOTE: You can hear Miller talk about his decision and plans to play for the Eagles on 'The Morning Pitch Show' at 6am tomorrow on Sports Radio 92.9 The Ticket and 929theticket.com
