The Red Sox got back to back home runs from David Ortiz and Mike Napoli in the bottom of the 10th inning and win 2-1 over the Minnesota Twins. It happened after Koji Uehara had given up a solo home run in the top of the 10th.

John Lackey and Kyle Gibson were locked up in a scoreless pitching duel all afternoon. Lackey went 9 shutout innings, giving up just 3 hits and striking out 9.

The Sox could muster no offense,  just 1 hit through nine innings.

Then the back-to-back homers by Ortiz and Napoli in the 10th.

Koji gets the win.
