New England Patriots owner Bob Kraft says he is "rooting" for Tim Tebow and calls him "a very special young man". Kraft then quickly added whether Tebow makes the team or not is up to the coach.

Kraft spoke with reporters in Foxboro before the Patriots gala event Monday evening and when the subject of Tim Tebow came up Kraft spoke in glowing terms about him.

"I think we want to make sure we have the right 53 people to help us win games. I have the privilege of letting Bill make those decisions. He has a pretty good record doing it."

The Patriots roster is now at 75 players. Those players take on the New York Giants Thursday night in the final pre-season game. Then on Saturday the cut to get to a 53-man roster must happen.

A reminder you can hear the Patriots/NYGiants game live on Sports Radio 92.9 The Ticket with pre-game coverage Thursday starting at 4:30PM.
