The New England Patriots got their offense in gear in the second half led by the passing of Tom Brady to post a 37-22 win over Buffalo.Brady completed passes to 10 different players as he connected on 26 of 36 passes for 352 yards and 4 touchdowns. Brandon LaFell caught 2 touchdown passes as part of his 97 yard receiving day. Julian Edelman had 9 catches for 91 yards and Rob Gronkowski had 7 for 94 yards.

It was a true team effort by the defense who had five players with 5 tackles, the most on the team. Rob Ninkovich had 4 tackles on the day which included 3 quarterback sacks.

In the bad news department, the Pats were hurt by injuries that could have lasting effects. Linebacker Jerod Mayo and running back Steven Ridley each left with knee injuries and departed the locker room after the game on crutches. Offensive lineman Dan Connelly left the game early with a head injury and did not return. After the game Darelle Revis talked about what the loss of Mayo means to the team.
