You've heard the horrible news about Brady losing his court case. You've had a night to sleep on it. Now, the big question. Do you appeal or take your lumps?

In case you've been living under a rock:

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit has reinstated the four-game suspension of Tom Brady as part of the Deflategate scandal. The decision overturns a September decision by Judge Richard Berman.

According to the ruling:

“We hold that the Commissioner properly exercised his broad discretion under the collective bargaining agreement and that his procedural rulings were properly grounded in that agreement and 2did not deprive Brady of fundamental fairness. Accordingly, we REVERSE the judgment of the district court .”

Brady would miss games against Arizona, Miami, Houston and Buffalo. His first week back would be October 9th in Cleveland. His first game back at Gillette would be October 16th against Cincinnati. TB12 will lose just over $200,000 in salary.

Now what will happen? Could this one go all the way to the Supreme Court? We hope the Chief Justice is a Pats fan.

We say….FREE TOM BRADY!
