Sox vs Cleve Makeup Game [SCORE UPDATE]

Back on April 7th the Red Sox game at Cleveland got postponed because of cold and snow. Now the Sox and Indians make up the game on a Monday afternoon - the first of an 11-game roadtrip for the Red Sox.

Drew Pomeranz is looking for his first win in a Sox uniform and he faces the team that drafted him.
