Jared Sullinger scored 23 points and the Boston Celtics won another preseason game by 20 points. This one, a 106-86 victory over the New York Knicks.

Make it back-to-back wins for the young Celtics to start the exhibition season.

Sullinger shot 9-for-12 getting his 23 points in 23 minutes.

Kelly Olynyk scored 12. The starting backcourt of Avery Bradley and Marcus Smart each scored 11.

The Knicks turned the ball over 28 times and the Celtics  scored 33 points off those turnovers. Carmelo scored 10 points in 21 minutes of action. Tim Hardaway led NY with 18.

The C's play in Toronto next on Friday night.

NOTE: Next Wednesday October 15th the Celtics play a preseason game against Toronto in Portland at the newly renovated Cross Arena.
