Fort Kent's Austin Theriault will be back behind the wheel in Daytona tonight as the NASCAR truck series takes the checkered flag to open the new season.Teams will qualify this afternoon with the race set to start tonight at 7:30.

Theriault who is still looking for a full-time ride for this season has this one race deal with Brad Keselowski Racing and will be in the #2 truck. During practice on Thursday Theriault was 27th fastest but was able to improve on that in the second practice session of the day by moving up to 19th with a top speed of 178 miles per hour.

Last season Theriault made his truck debut at Daytona and finished 4th.
