The Boston Celtics put together a solid fourth quarter led by Isaiah Thomas to pull out a road win over the New Orleans Pelicans 104-98.Thomas exploded for 12 points in the first four minutes of the fourth quarter to expand what was just a three point lead. Thomas finished with a game high 27 points including four three-pointers. Brandon Bass added 17 points and six rebounds for the Celtics who have won five of their last seven games.
