Tool of the Week: Marcus Smart or Jeff Orr? [VOTE]

They went face-to-face over the weekend, and now go face-to-face on the Tool of the Week ballot. This weeks nominees are Oklahoma State guard Marcus Smart for pushing a fan during their game on Saturday. The other nominee is Jeff Orr, the fan who got pushed by Smart.
