UNH high flying forward Andrew Poturalski scored two more goals to help the Wildcats beat the UMaine Black Bears 5-2 Saturday night in Durham. UNH takes three of the possible four points in the home-and-home series.

Poturalski now has 14 goals and 16 assists for 30 points in 15 games this season.

Maxim Gaudreault also scored two goals for the Wildcats.

Maine's goals came from Steven Swavely and Cedric Lacroix.

Black Bears goalie Rob McGovern made 24 saves, UNH goalie Danny Tirone made 28.

UMaine falls to 4-9-4 overall (HE 2-5-1). UNH is now 5-6-4 (HE 2-1-4).

The Black Bears don't play again until December 29th and 30th when they play UNH again to two out-of-conference games. One at Crosss Arena in Portland and then one at the Verizon Center in Manchester, NH.
