WNE Spoils MMA Homecoming 80-16

Talk about spoiling a homecoming weekend...Western New England came in to Castine and beat Maine Maritime Academy 80-16 Saturday afternoon. The Golden Bears racked up 769 yards of total offense.

WNE improves to 3-0. The Mariners fall to 1-2.

Western New England scored 12 TDs...4 through the air, 7 on the ground and one on a fumble recovery. MMA committed 7 fumbles and lost the ball 3 times on those fumbles.

For MMA, Jack Doolan rushed for 116 yards and a touchdown.
