It had to happen at some point. The Boston Bruins finally lost a home game in regulation, 4-1, to the Colorado Avalanche Saturday night.

The B's had gone 12-0-5 so far without a home loss in regulation but the Aves seem to be the Bruins kryponite. They are now 1-6 against Colorado in their last seven matchups.

The Aves are one of the hottest teams in the NHL, winning 11 of their last 14 games.

The Bruins are now 20-4-6 and still have a 13 point lead in the standings over their closest divisional opponent, the Florida Panthers.

B's coaches and players are not happy with some bad habits picked up in recent games.
