Black Bears Play Two FBS Opponents In 2013

The 2013 University of Maine football schedule has been released and it includes two FBS opponents.The Bears will play their first two games on the road starting Aug. 31 at Norfolk State.

The following week they play UMass at Gillette Stadium. The Minutemen became an FBS program last season.

The first home game is Sept. 14 against Bryant University, then it's back on the road to play the Northwestern Wildcats.

Also on the schedule are conference newcomers Albany and Stony Brook.
