Looker, Frederick Break Indoor Track Records

Two more league records came crashing down at the PVC/EMITL high school meet Saturday at the UMaine fieldhouse. This week, Aleta Looker of Ellsworth set the girls 800m record and Orono's David Frederick set the pole vault record.

Brewer’s Jackson Sets State Record Time

It turns out when Brewer High School senior Teal Jackson ran a blazing time of 57.85 in the 400m event at the PVC/EMITL meet on Saturday that  time is an all-time Maine best.

MacLean: A Record Breaker!

Bangor HS senior Grace MacLean broke a 27-year PVC/EMITL record in the high jump (5 feet 6-inches) in the second week of the indoor track season.. Kim Hamm had held the record distance since 1986 (5-5).
