The 92.9 The Ticket High School Athlete of the Week has returned. There were a lot of great performances April 15-20. Check out the nominees!

  • Jackson Barry - Ellsworth Baseball - Shutout John Bapst allowing just 1 hit, striking out 7 and walking 1 over 5 innings on Friday, April 19th
  • Miles Burr - MDI Track and Field - Set Facility Recores in the 100 yard and 200 yard Dashes in the 1st Meet of the Season on April 17th,
  • Paidyn Cashman - Narraguagus Softball -In 2 games she was 5-7 with 2 singles, 2 doubles and 1 home run. She had 5 stolen bases. She drove in 2 runs.
  • Bella Cirone - Washington Academy Softball - Struck out 19 allowing 2 hits and walked 5 in Washington Academy's 8-2 win over Houlton on April 17th.
  • Bradley Dill - Mattanawcook Academy Baseball - Pitched 6 innings striking out 11 and allowing 3 walks and 4 hits and 2 runs in the Lynx's win over Central 12-2 on April 17th.
  • Cat Facchini - Hampden Academy Softball - In their opening game Facchini struck out 15 Mt. Ararat batters and had 2 doubles and a RBI. In their game against Brunswick she drove in the winning runs in the Broncos 4-2 win over Brunswick.
  • Kyeria Morse - Oxford Hills Softball - 1 hit Brewer over 5.1 innings striking out 14 and walking 1. Went 2-3 at the plate with a double and triple driving in 3.
  • Collin Peckham - Hampden Academy Baseball - In 2 games he was 5-7 with a triple and 5 RBIs. On the mound against Mt. Ararat he struck out 7, allowing 2 hits and 0 runs.
  • McKade Robertson - Narraguagus Baseball - Tossed a no-hitter against Woodland on April 16th. He struck out 10 and walked 4.
  • Natalie Simpson - Bucksport Softball - Struck out 15 and didn't walk a batter. She allowed 4 hits and 2 runs, going 2-3 at the plate in Bucksport's win over Orono.
  • Jayden Sullivan - Ellsworth Softball - Went 3-3 and with a walk and drove in 3 runs batted in, in Ellsworth's win over Bucksport

You can vote once every 12 hours, through Thursday, April 25th at 11:59 p.m. . We will announce the winner on Friday morning, April 26th.

You can also nominate someone for the Week 2 High School Athlete of the Week, for their performance April 22-27. Please email chris.popper@townsquaremedia.com with the athlete's name, school, and why they should be nominated. If you have stats to send with your nomination that would be great! Nominations are accepted through Sunday night, April 28th. Voting will begin on April 29th for the Week 2 Athlete of the Week!
