Husson Lacrosse Semi-Final Bound

It's semi-final playoff day for North Atlantic Conference lacrosse and the Husson women's team is in the conference final four. The Eagles will travel to top seed Castleton State in Vermont today.

Husson defeated UMaine Farmington in the quarterfinal round over the weekend, winning 12-10. The Eagles were the #5 seed and UMF #4.

Husson will have a tough task today against the top seed Castleton. The Spartans are the NAC #1 team and have completed three consecutive unbeaten seasons in NAC play.

Colby-Sawyer is at Thomas College in the other NAC semi.

Men's Lacrosse:  The Husson men's team is also in the NAC semi-final round and the Eagles are also headed to #1 Castleton State on Wednesday.

The #5 Eagles beat #4 UMF 12-6 in the quarterfinal over the weekend.

The second semi-final is Maine Maritime Academy at New England College.
