Husson Squeaks Out Win 19-18
The Husson football team winning streak is now four. The latest victory 19-18 over Becker College on a last minute touchdown pass from Joe Seccareccia to Ryan Stroud.
Husson was leading 13-0 through three quarters of play. Becker ripped off 18 unanswered points to lead 18-13 with four minutes to play.
Then with 1:09 to play, Seccareccia threw a 28-yard TD pass to Ryan Stroud for the score and the lead. The 2-point conversion failed. Ironically, three weeks ago Seccareccia replaced Stroud at QB.
Becker threw four consecutive incomplete passes and Husson had its fourth straight win.
The Eagles are now 4-2 overall and 3-0 in the ECFC league.
