It had to end sometime! That time was Tuesday night against the O's. Koji Uehara gave up a hit, then a run and then took the loss as Baltimore beat the Sox 3-2 in the first game of the series. - Going back to August 17th Koji had retired 37 consecutive batters

- Koji had a streak of 30 1/3 scoreless innings

- During the 37 batter streak he threw just 143 pitches - an average of 3.8 per batter

- Of those 143 pitches, 118 were strikes

- Despite giving up a hit and a run vs the O's...Koji threw just 11 pitches to get 3 outs
