The Toronto Maple Leafs are very much alive in their Stanley Cup Playoff series with Boston after beating the Bruins 4-3 Saturday night. The best-of-seven series is now 3-2 Bruins with the next game back in Toronto.

The Leafs jumped on the Bruins for two first period goals.

After David Backes scored a powerplay for the B's to cut the lead to one, Toronto scored two more times and goalie Tuukka Rask was pulled from the game and Anton Khudobin came in.

The Maple Leafs never scored again and the Bruins got a late second period goal from Sean Kuraly and an early third period goal from Noel Acciari.

But, the Bruins could never get that last goal to tie the game.

By the end of the night, The Bruins had peppered Toronto goalie Frederik Anderson with 45 shots. He stopped 42. Rask and Khudobin combined to stop 17 shots.

Now the series shifts back to Toronto for game six, Monday night. The game is live on Sports Radio 92.9 The Ticket with coverage starting at 6:30pm.
