Another chapter in the long history of the Boston Celtics vs the Los Angeles Lakers last night when Rajon Rondo grabbed a loose ball and hit a jumper at the buzzer to give the Lakers a 129-128 victory.

Just hours after the trade dealine, the Lakers played fresh and hit thrree-pointers like never before. They were  22-for-41 (54%) for the three-point line.

Rondo finished with a double-double, 17 points and 10 rebounds.

LeBron had a triple-double, 28, 12 and 12.

For the Celtics, this one may sting for a while. They had an 18 point and let it get away.

Kyrie Irving did not have a good shooting night but finished with 24 points. Jayson Tatum had a double-double with 22 points and 10 rebounds
