MMA Football Scores 63-52 Win

The Husson University football win streak stops at four. Down in Washington D.C. the Eagles lost 16-13 to the Gallaudet Bison in a battle for first place in the ECFC.

Chase Magsig kicked a 26-yard field goal with 3:09 left in the game to give Gallaudet the win. Those three points were the only points either team put on the board in the second half.

The Bison are 4-0 in ECFC play and 7-0 overall. Husson falls to 3-1 and 4-3.

In Castine, Maine Maritime Academy beat Nichols College 62-53. It was the first win for the Mariners in two years. MMA is now 1-5 this season.

Bill Wetherbee(John Bapst HS) rushed 20 times for a career high 247 yards and 2 touchdowns. He moved into 10th place on MMA's all-time rushing list with 2,077 yards in his career.

Quarterback Michael Fahey(Union,Conn) rushed 21 times for 178 yards and 4 touchdowns.
