Russia Beats USA 5-3 In Q-Finals [VIDEO]

Team USA has been ousted from the World Junior Hockey Tournament, losing a quarter-final game to Russia 5-3. South Portland goalie Jon Gillies stopped 20 shots but his USA team got in trouble in the second period by taking penalties.

Leading 3-2 after one period, the USA took a bunch of penalties and Russia scored twice on 5-on-3 situations.

Russia added an empty netter to finish off USA 5-3.
