Bruins Players, Broadcasters Set For Maine Visit

Before the Boston Bruins lace up the skates for another season in the fall, the team will be doing a tour throughout New England and will be making a stop in the state of Maine later this month.

The Bruins announced that they will be holding a Summer Fan Fest Tour that will include current players, coaches, executives, and broadcasters Jack Edwards and Andy Brickley that will run from August 26-31.  The Bs will be in Portland on August 26^th for an event from 12-6 p.m. at Monument Square.

As part of the tour, the team is set to equip local area kids at each stop with equipment and plan to hand out $2 million dollars in gear to the communities they visit.
