Isaiah Thomas scored 37 points and the Boston Celtics needed every one of them to get out of Philly with a 107-106 win Saturday night.

After trailing for the first three quarters, the Celtics grabbed a lead in the final quarter but could never put the 76ers away.

Thomas scored 13 of his points to that fourth quarter.

Rookie Dario Saric had 21 points to lead Philly.

At 12-8, the C's have moved into 3rd place in the Eastern Conference, behind Cleveland and Toronto.
