The New York Jets are guilty of tampering. The New England Patriots are not. The NFL has ruled on the he-said he-said Jets vs Pats issue involving Darrelle Revis.

According to multiple reports, first from the New York Daily News, the Jets will pay a $100,000 fine but will lose no draft picks for owner Woody Johnson's "love to have Darrelle back" comments in December.

Revis eventually signed a $70-million-dollar deal with New York and when Patriots owner Bob Kraft said "I wish he was still with us" the Jets filed tampering charges. But the league has ruled no penalty against the Pats.
