The Boston Red Sox will try to get back over the .500 mark for the season as they face the Pittsburgh Pirates from Fenway Park on Thursday afternoon.

The Sox are playing the Pirates after the finale of the three-game set against Pittsburgh was rained out last Thursday.  Boston lost last night to the Baltimore Orioles by a score of 12-5 and starter Steven Wright lasted just 1.1 innings.  The Sox won the first two games versus Pittsburgh last week before the postponement at Fenway Park.

Boston comes into the game with a 4-4 record, while Pittsburgh is 3-5.  The pitching match-up will feature Chad Kuhl (1-0, 3.60 ERA) facing Eduardo Rodriguez (0-1, 7.20 ERA), with the first pitch set for 2:05 p.m.
