2 Maine Players Nominated For McDonald’s All-Am

Hampden Academy's Isaish Bess is one of two nominees from the state of Maine for the McDonald's All American High School Basketball Team. Dustin Cole from Bonny Eagle HS is the other other nominee.

Bangor area McDonald's owner-operator Gary Eckmann presented Bess with his certificate before Tuesday night's game vs Messalonskee.

Close to a thousand high school players have been nominated natiionwide. That list gets cut down to 24 players who will be selected to play in the 37th annual McDonald's All American Game. The site is the United Center in Chicago. The date is April 2nd and the game is broadcast live on ESPN.
